She is a compassionate yet powerful warrior that has a way of helping others integrate the most challenging aspects of life into a place of wholeness; of bringing shadow to the light.

Trained in Healing Touch and crystal, energetic and aromatherapy healing, Kara combines many modalities with empowerment coaching principles to bring empathy, safety and strength to her clients for them to transform in ways they haven’t been able to before.

Kara believes that we are all lanterns of light being called to shine as brightly as possible. She is deeply humbled and honored to be a part of each and every client's journey to becoming the best version of themselves. Clients usually come to Kara when they are finally ready to break free from what has been keeping them trapped so they can step into their most authentic and empowered lives.

Over the course of more than two decades, Kara has entrenched herself in personal development, working with numerous mentors; the AL-ANON 12-step program; navigating most areas of the medical system and alternative healing options; participating in self-development classes, workshops and seminars; esoteric studies; and training in numerous energetic healing modalities.

Additionally, connection, effective communication and translating difficult or unusual concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language has been the backdrop of her traditional career and extensive experience in marketing and corporate communications.
